Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the "My account" page, via the secure subscription management portal.
What happens if I exceed my tier's user limit?
Creating a new employee beyond the limit is blocked until you upgrade — employees already created are never affected.
Are there hidden fees?
No, the displayed price is what you pay, with no setup or configuration fees. A single monthly billing line, managed directly via the Stripe portal from "My account".
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the already-paid period. The account owner keeps access to "My account" to resubscribe at any time; other employees' access is suspended until the subscription is resumed, but no data is deleted.
